**Our ecosystem is powered by $BASED,** a token that cultivates project health, widespread usage and decentralization via fast, secure and public transactions. Any trade within the Based Studios ecosystem will be conducted in $BASED, which provides the blockchain tech and token economy foundations for our gaming community, incentive system and community ownership. $BASED serves as the native game currency for the Based Studios game ecosystem. It can be purchased via  swaps, traded and swapped via exchange, wallet and marketplace - and its holders can claim rewards if they stake their tokens, play the game and participate in governance votes.
